the integration of acquired company assets, managing the migration from Microsoft Exchange to Zimbra
utilizing custom middleware, deploying an internal helpdesk ticketing system, and enhancing the automated
backup infrastructure.

management system that completely integrated all of the company's operational functions,
including but not limited to: direct and channel partner online sales, reporting, support,
ticketing, network monitoring, continuous build system interface tools, filesharing,
community portal, and website management. The software was written primarily in mod_perl/HTML::Mason.

in perl/CGI and used MySQL, and managed 15k users.
